Description: A really fabulous 1940s silky rayon print dress sold in "as is" condition with flaws, none of which deem it unwearable. The print is bold feathery plumes & the colors are a pale creamy yellow with bluish gray & white. 40s era details include a flared skirt with princess cut styling, scalloped edges at the neckline & on the sleeves & a tie bow at the bosom & hip level. There's a several snap partial opening on 1 side & a half belt in the back. It does have a white spot on one shoulder with a small line of stitching on the top of the shoulder there also & a bit of a shadowy pale bluish color splotchy area on the opposite side shoulder & upper back area. There's a bit of seam strain apparent at the darts in the back. None of this detracts from the terrific styling of this authenic WWII era dress perfect for your next Big Band swing dance. No size or maker labels.
