Description: A Swing era rayon dress in a delightful novelty print of roses & letters falling form a mailbag - a distinctive war time reference. This has formidably padded shoulders, short puffed sleeves with ruched gathering at the shoulder & the added detail of a peplum waist line with a fish tail back. It opens with a side metal zipper and comes with it's original same fabric belt. Professionally cleaned it does still retain a bit of yellowing to the white areas of the print of the fabric which is a tad more intense on the top portion of the dress. But, since it is uniform pretty much over the entire garment it's not a big detraction. A really lovely authentic 40s era dress in a great wearable size. Labeled Toni - Tyler, no size label.
